We are excited to announce that Lea Marie Perfetti, Astrologer, Yoga Teacher, and women’s Health Facilitator, will be returning to Hair•Color•Art for Ashtanga Yoga and a Women's Circle from October 24-27, 2024. The yoga classes are open to EVERYONE, and the women's gathering is open to all who identify as women.
Lea will offer Ashtanga yoga classes throughout the weekend and will lead a Women’s Circle on Saturday, October 26, where she will discuss honestly women and spirituality, especially in the yoga community. It has not always been a pretty story, yet women are the keepers of life. This is an important topic for women today.
Lea brings amazing energy and has been a friend of HCA for many years. We are so grateful to share our new community room with everyone for this workshop.
